Contact Fox Tele IPTV Canada privately on WhatsApp with the app name and the setup information requested by our team.
If adding your own playlist, use the management website shown inside that exact app. Follow its playlist instructions with the details supplied by Fox Tele IPTV Canada.
Restart or reload the app after the playlist is added. Confirm any separate player activation charge before paying.

IBO Player

Install the IBO Player version confirmed by our team and open its device-information screen.
Note the MAC or device ID and device key shown by the app, where available.
Contact Fox Tele IPTV Canada privately to confirm the correct version and playlist setup. Several similarly named IBO apps exist.
If managing the playlist yourself, use the website shown in your app and enter its device details. Add only the playlist or account details supplied for your subscription.
Save, restart the app and load the playlist. A player licence or trial is separate from your Fox Tele IPTV Canada subscription unless your order states otherwise.

Fire TV / Firestick

Windows & Mac computers

Ask us to confirm the supported player for Windows or macOS. Download it from the official developer or your computer’s app store, then follow the supplied sign-in instructions.

Google TV & Chromecast

On Google TV, search for the confirmed player and install it if available. For a casting-only Chromecast, use a compatible Cast-enabled phone app and keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi network. Ask us to confirm compatibility first.

Troubleshooting

Login rejected: check the sign-in method, spelling, extra spaces and server address against your setup message.
Playlist missing: reload the player after setup. For device-linked apps, confirm that the displayed device ID matches the one used during setup.
Buffering: restart the player and router, check your connection and try Ethernet if available.
Still stuck: send your device model, player name and error text to WhatsApp. Hide passwords in screenshots.
